Annual Business Meeting

NHWLUA 2012 General Meeting and Rules Interpretation

The NHWLUA 2012 General Meeting and Rules Interpretation will be in the Hospitality Center at Southern NH University on Sunday March 4 at 4 pm. This is a change from the original site.

If you cannot attend our meeting , you have the option to attend one of the other Regional Meetings listed below. You must have written verification from that Local Board Chair that you attended one of their meetings. That verification must be sent to Kathleen Smith. Other regional meetings:

2012 TRAINING and REFRESHER CLASSES

The NHWLUA 2012 New Umpire Training Classes will be held in Concord, NH, on February 4 and 11.

At this date, the Youth class is FULL.

There is still room in the Adult class.

Training and Education classes will be held in Concord, NH, on February 4, 11 and 18 followed by the NHWLUA Annual meeting in March and an on-field training and evaluation in late March/early April.

DEADLINE for 2011 USL dues

The deadline for umpires to renew their 2011 dues is today! If you are currently a USL umpire, then you received a reminder from our assignor.

If you choose not to renew by midnight tonight, then delivery of your 2011 rulebook will be delayed.

If you are interested in becoming a USL umpire for women's lacrosse, please check back here in a few weeks. Or, you can submit a form online with the NHIAA - www.nhiaa.org

The NHWLUA Post Season Meeting will take place on June 9 in the Penmen Room at SNHU in Manchester.

The Executive Board will meet at 5 pm.

The General Meeting will begin at 7:15 pm.

Training Opportunities from USL

May is the start of the USL Event season which this year is offering more training opportunities.

There are District Clinics at the WCLA's in Scottsdale, AZ - http://www.uslacrosse.org/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=jQ9eLPrkMfo%3d&tabid=1852. The deadline is April 27th.

US is also offering a training opportunity at the Lax Fests which is meant to help Apprentice and Local rated officials improve their 2-person game.
